will be shipped at catalog prices. If prices change, merchandise
will be shipped at current prices.

Rissotta Inc
ships every order via UPS. The shipping costs reflect current UPS
rates and are calculated based upon the weight of the item(s)
purchased and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The shipping
method options are: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd day air or UPS Next day
air.

the shipment of your order by going to the

listed on our Web site. On this page you can enter your UPS tracking
number or the UPS reference number and destination zip code in order
to obtain the latest information about the current location of your
Internet order. UPS sends the tracking number and reference number
to the e-mail address listed on the original Internet order after
your order ships from Rissotta Inc.
International Orders
We do not
accept International orders via our website. Only orders that have a
United States billing address and a United States shipping address
can be processed.

Product Availability
At Rissotta
Inc we try our best to have all our products in stock when you place
your order. However, due to delays in shipping, manufacturing, and
production, not every item is in stock for immediate shipment. We
cannot confirm availability until you place your order. Our normal
processing time for in stock orders is 3 business days (Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays are excluded). Domestic US customers can expect
to receive merchandise 7-10 days from the date of order. Someone at
Rissotta Inc will contact you by phone or email if any item(s)
ordered are unavailable or on backorder.

Guarantee
Products are
guaranteed in accordance with manufacturer's warranty against
defects in material and workmanship. Products are not guaranteed
against misuse or improper handling or care. All goods damaged in
transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
Returns
All items
returned to Rissotta Inc must be authorized by our customer service
department. All authorized returns require a Return Authorization
Number. The R.A.# must be clearly marked on the outside of the
shipping carton and/or the face of the original shipping documents.
Any packages returned without bearing the authorization number and
document inside will be returned at the customers expense.
To obtain a return authorization
number please call customer service at 1-888-773-2348 or please fill
out the
Customer Service Form
located in the Customer Service Section
of our Web site. Please note that orders can not be returned to any
of our retail store locations unless that item was purchased at that
store.
All returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods
must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except
defects). Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and
returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and
size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside
of the warranty period.
Closeouts and
any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to
return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some
time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers decisions prevail.
